Hatha yoga is the most popular form of yoga. The focus in this type of yoga is primarily on the asanas or physical postures incorporating pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation bring the physical body to perfect health. The practice of Hatha yoga will result in the union of both the body and soul.

Power Vinyasa Flow

Saturday from 8:15 am to 9:30 am

This class focuses on using breath to move from one posture to another, building heat within the body and allowing it to sweat and eliminate toxins within.

 

Private Yoga Therapy

Monday at 7:00 – 8:00pm  8:00 – 9:00pm by appointment only

Saturday at 1:00 – 2:00pm  2:00 – 3:00pm  3:00 – 4:00pm by appointment only

The one hour sessions are restorative and therapeutic, focusing on rest and relaxation to develop strength, stability and pain free movement. One to one therapeutic yoga sessions are for anyone who routinely experience pain in their daily lives due to injury or illness and are looking to manage their pain. Therapeutic sessions are also beneficial for those looking for and wanting to foster ease in their daily lives in rest, work and play.

 

Encourage Strength – Embrace Yoga

Thursday 1:00 – 2:00 pm

Inspirational eight week therapeutic yoga program entirely free to individuals suffering with cancer, FM-ME, and other chronic conditions that no longer allow them to enjoy doing things that they love to do without pain. Others are very welcome to join in on these therapeutic lessons with a minimum donation of $5 a class to support Dragonfly Yoga who will supply new yoga mats to individuals who have compromised immune systems
